Each 75 minute session consists of a wide variety of movements including core strength, yoga, flexibility, coordination, and resistance work.
Mind/Body Strengthening and Conditioning Includes:
• Core Posture Work/Total Body Strengthening
• Breath Work
• Highly motivating & challenging
• Balance
• Flexibility
• Yoga
WHAT YOU WILL NEED
- Yoga mat (or towel)
- 2 Yoga Blocks (or 2 thick books)
- Light Hand Weights - between 3-10lbs
- Resistance Band - medium strength
- A Long Towel
- Folding/Armless Chair or Bench
- Water... and lots of it!
