Each 75 minute session consists of a wide variety of movements. You can expect to engage in a combination of exercises that promote balance, flexibility, coordination, core strength, and overall mind and body conditioning.
Mind/Body Strengthening and Conditioning
• Core Posture Work/Total Body Strengthening
• Breath Work
• Highly motivating & challenging
WHAT YOU WILL NEED
- Yoga mat (or towel)
- 2 Yoga Blocks (or 2 thick books)
- Light Hand Weights - between 3-10lbs
- Resistance Band - medium strength
- A Long Towel
- Folding/Armless Chair or Bench
- Water... and lots of it!
