Each 75 minute session consists of a wide variety
of movements that promote wellness through improved balance, flexibility, coordination, core strength and overall mind and body strengthening.

*All students are asked to have a mat (or not), 2 yoga blocks (or 2 thick books), small hand weights (or 2 cans of food!), resistance band (or a long towel) and water for hydration!
